Before taking BioCote® onto an exciting journey of continued growth and expansion, David worked for LyondellBasell, one of the largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies in the world. Alongside having over three decades of global sales experience, David comes with in-depth knowledge of supplying specialty chemicals, engineering thermoplastics, masterbatches and additives into multiple market sectors including building and construction, electrical and electronics, printing, oil and gas, automotive, flexible and rigid food packaging, hygiene and sanitary as well as industrial sectors, spanning over 40 countries.

As BioCote®’s Office Manager, Lesley oversees all office operations and procedures, including order processing, customer invoicing, payroll, HR support and facilities management. She leads the Operations Team at BioCote®, consisting of a Warehouse Operative and Sales Administrator. Lesley has extensive experience in various trade sectors, having worked as administrator for Camden Motors, as call centre operative at Lex Transfleet and for a globally operating manufacturer of drilling equipment.
